Five of the twenty-four candidates for Miss Northern Pangasinan Pista’y Dayat 2009 are from Pozorrubio. This we learned when the girls accompanied by Mayor Mojamito Libunao Jr. and his wife Irene dropped in to pay Mayor Emma Chan their traditional courtesy call last Tuesday afternoon, April 14.
